Claire joined ITN Solicitors in November 2024 as a solicitor in the Civil Liberties and Human Rights department. Her caseload covers a broad range of practice areas, including actions against the police and prison law cases. Claire is also a Public Law supervising solicitor. She regularly conducts Judicial Reviews on behalf of her own clients, and assists other teams with challenging the decisions made by public bodies through Judicial Review.
Prior to joining ITN, Claire was a solicitor in the Public Law team at Lawstop Solicitors. She had a particular focus on asylum support cases, age assessments and urgent Community Care and homelessness matters.
Claire studied Biomedical Science at Newcastle University, graduating in 2018. She went on to complete the GDL and LPC at the University of Law.
