Farva joined the Civil Liberties Team at ITN Solicitors in December 2024 having previously worked in Civil Liberties and Criminal Defence for a number of years.

Farva has experience in acting for individuals in bringing compensation claims against state bodies, officials, and agents. She has settled claims for significant financial compensation for assault, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, misfeasance, trespass, and negligence. She also represents individuals in bringing claims for breaches of the Human Rights Act, Data Protection Act and Equality Act. Farva also represents bereaved families in Inquests involving state contact deaths. 

Farva assists clients in navigating through the complex police complaints process and is keen to ensure disciplinary proceedings against officers are found where appropriate and in a fair and just manner.

Farva also has a background in criminal defence and is police station accredited.

Farva is a member of the Police Actions Lawyers Group and Inquest Lawyers Group.
