We are pleased that our Civil Liberties department has been nominated for a Legal 500 award for their work over the past year. Highlights have included the landmark anonymity case of RXG and successful judicial review challenges on behalf of prisoners, immigration detainees and journalists. Ravi Naik, has been nominated for individual award in the Public Sector category.
The Civil Liberties team undertake work in a wide array of areas, including:

- The failure of the authorities to investigate or prosecute cases of sexual assault or serious abuse
