Our head of Public Law and Data Rights has been profiled in the Law Society Gazette this week as a result of his work assisting journalists and activists whose accreditation for the Labour Party Conference was refused on the advice of the police.
Over a weekend in September, Ravi, along with fellow ITN solicitor William Kenyon, and counsel Jude Bunting of Doughty Street Chambers, assisted in successfully challenging the decision to refuse accreditation in five separate cases.
