ITN Solicitors are profiled in the Times Newspaper this week as a result of our work representing Lezley Gibson, who, along with her partner, was charged with Cannabis Cultivation. Lezley lives with Multiple Sclerosis and had grown cannabis for medical use.
Lezley and her partner were acquitted at Carlise Crown Court on 6 January 2020. The prosecution agreed with representations made on Lezley's behalf that it was "not in the public interest" to proceed against the pair.
